Lori brings more than 31 years of experience in quality management and laboratory operations, including 19 years in the metallurgical testing industry. She has extensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 quality systems and is passionate about building strong processes, supporting customers, and helping organizations continuously improve.

Lori values learning, relationship-building, and making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace. She serves on the board of the Wisconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance in memory of her mother and volunteers with the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation to help raise awareness for bleeding disorders. Lori holds an associate of applied science degree in Criminal Justice from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
