Charlie Warner is a metallurgist with broad alloy expertise spanning all families of stainless steels, as well as nickel-based and copper-based cast alloys. He brings extensive hands-on experience in process control for both sand and investment molding operations, giving him a strong foundation in materials evaluation and failure analysis.

Charlie is especially passionate about investigating material- and process-related challenges. He works closely with clients to diagnose failures, understand material behavior, and develop practical, technically sound solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
