Lori brings more than 31 years of experience in quality management and laboratory operations, including 19 years in the metallurgical testing industry. She has extensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, with a strong focus on developing effective processes, supporting customers, and driving continuous improvement.

Beyond her professional experience, Lori is passionate about learning, building relationships, and giving back to the community. She serves on the board of the Wisconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance in memory of her mother and volunteers with the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation to help raise awareness of bleeding disorders.

Lori holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
