Mike is a highly experienced metallurgical engineer and failure analyst with 20 years of dedicated service in a laboratory environment specializing in heat treatment and heavy manufacturing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mike deeply values education and effective communication, which is evident in his dedication to teaching. He serves as an instructor at ASM International in Cleveland, Ohio, and is the senior team leader for ASM’s prestigious Eisenman Materials Camp, held annually in Cleveland, Ohio. Mike actively engages with local Milwaukee-area schools, inspiring future generations by delivering engaging metallurgical presentations to students at the high school, middle school and elementary levels.
